Good city location close to train and bus stations. Nice room with good water pressure in shower, despite without slippers but available upon request. Good selection of buffet breakfast including eggs station. Welcoming staffs at front counter and room service.

Good hotel in the city centre of Perth. Walking distance of most things. The rooms are large and had a free mini bar (not refilled) and very friendly and helpful staff. The bar next to the hotel serves breakfast which was good and the lunch there was nice too. It’s not the best hotel in the world but perfectly nice and good value for money

Honestly, I did not have too high expectations before the trip, but I am happy that everything was around average. However, the hospitality standard turned out pretty good, truly exceeding what I would expect with any other Holiday Inn, especially in Western countries. If I am not mistaken, the front office lady named LeAnn was awesome, followed by another guy named Shawn (I think so). The rest of the front office staff weren't too bad, and yet there was nothing to shout about. As someone from a hospitality background, staying highly alert to what is going on is very important. Yes, you might be busy with the booking system or over the phone. Just a little bit extra, even though just nod and smile—that's more than enough to greet yourself rather than spend a few minutes chatting with them. Hence, high credits go to LeAnn (the best one) and Shawn. The room was average, although quite spacious than I expected. The wall seemed quite thin (not too bad), but overall, it was still quite okay. Breakfast is partnered with the restaurant next door. Quite average but I am ok with that. The only complaint was the automatic coffee machine, haha! Kids eat free with paying dining adults, which is quite good for parents who want to dine and have drinks before heading to the room. The only problem is that there are not many varieties of main courses for us to choose from, especially pizza, which is excluded, and I am not too fond of certain types of food ---> maybe could also add on option eg minimum spend to get free kids meal? Guess what? I was quite tempted to order 2 appetisers for myself instead of a burger as a main. Anyways, still highly recommended this hotel~~~~ Good location too!

Becoming very average hotel. Location is ok. Rooms are clean but out dated with an air of a smell. Reception friendly. Elevators were an ongoing wait as used for service Elevators also. All in all not bad but needs to refresh to become back to where it was.

The hotel is situated quite well and is just a short walk from the quayside, the shopping centre of Perth and also the WACA cricket ground. Great for a short stay and has a bar and restaurant for breakfasts and food in the evening. Sport also shown on the TV's in the bar.
